Shipping Policy

  • Free Expedited Worldwide Shipping via FedEx or UPS
  • Once your order is placed, it will require a 2-4 business day processing period. Once the order has been tailor-made by hand and is ready to ship, the estimated shipping time is 3-5 days. Rest assured, that every doll has been thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.
  • Once shipped, you will be provided with the FedEx or UPS tracking code.  All packages are discreet, they have no markings, logos or labels.

Payments

  • We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card (all major cards accepted).
  • We also accept payments via PayPal
  • Credit Card Billing Statement is also discreet – it will appear as “MB Saugos Darbai”

Returns

  • We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving.
  • Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us immediately at info@imyourdoll.com.
  • We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than damaged goods upon arrival. This is for hygiene and health & safety of our staff.

Order Cancellations

  • We understand that in rare cases of buyers may wish to cancel your order after purchase.
  • We allow customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, if you still wish to cancel, there may be a restocking fee assessed and a partial refund issued.

International Orders: Customs Taxes and Import Duties

Note: we’ll cover any customs charges, duties and taxes. The price you pay on our website is the final price. You won’t get hit with any additional costs or surprises!

Package shipping

Generally, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through UPS with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer certified shipping via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Whatever form of delivery you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses.

The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

How long will it take to receive my sex doll?

You should expect to receive your doll within 15 to 20 days of placing your order. We require from 15 to 20 days for production and shipping. Free items like extra wigs, clothes, or even an addition head will be included in case of delay.

May I have my purchase delivered in a different address?

ImYourDoll are delivered only to a verified shipping address. If you want it delivered in a different location let us know before you check out.

Does my sex doll sent in a discrete box?

ImYourDoll are shipped in a large blank box. We care for your privacy.

Will I have to pay any import duties or customs taxes on my sex doll?

We include everything in the price, but there might be some countries with the obligation to pay over import taxes. ImYourDoll is not responsible in this case.

Could the box be opened in customs?

Customs Agents may open your doll’s box for inspection during transport.

Can I pick up my sex doll instead of having it delivered to my door?

Affirmative. You can arrange to pick it up at your local UPS, DHL or FEDEX.

Will I be noticed about any delay?

Delays during production will be notified by email.

Will I get a tracking number to follow my order?

We will email you a tracking number when your doll and accessories ship.
